Well, here I am again... sitting around, doing nothing, and trying to figure out what the hell to do with my art. My foremost plan has always been the Watkins strip, and that's always been conceived as an episodic webcomic. I guess I have enough material to go on for a while, but without "Agnar" and "Hick" (yes, they are real people) to brainstorm and spin hilarity out of nothing with, I guess my enthusiasm has gone cold. I don't begrudge anyone their relationships or their kids, of course, but I can't see myself cranking out W2W strips for the long haul all by myself. The question, then, is what else do I do? I have a few other anthro comic ideas I've considered submitting to books like Furrlough, but none seem to have the same vitality as Watkins. I've got a ton of epic ideas for other comics, but I have no illusions as to my level of artistic talent, and I don't feel I have the chops to bring them to the page the way they are in my head. Any ideas from anyone else? Anyone looking for a semi-talented cartoonist? Should I keep plugging away at Watkins? Anyone actually followed my work and have something they'd like to see more of? Should I just keep cranking out stupid video game fan art from here to eternity?
Jesus, I don't know. I just don't want to do nothing anymore.
